Do you charge delivery costs?
Delivery is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, a delivery fee of €6.95 will be charged.
When can I expect my order?
For each item, its availability or delivery time is stated online. After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email containing the exact delivery time. If an item is immediately available and you have chosen iDEAL or PayPal as your payment method, you can assume that the order will be handed over to the shipping company on the next business day.
When can I expect my order if the product is out of stock?
If the product is not available from stock, the article will state the adjusted delivery time or you will be notified as soon as possible.
Why does my product differ slightly from the photos?
Each item is unique & handmade, therefore the product may differ slightly from the photos.
