It is important that you carefully read the terms and conditions before placing an order. Placing an order means that you agree to these terms and conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase one or more items, and you are obligated to pay.

Items ordered especially for you cannot be exchanged and/or returned.

With your order, we assume that the goods may be shipped. The stated prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

However, Mi-Casa is not liable for loss and/or damage or loss of items during shipment by Post.nl. If you wish to have your package shipped insured, you may indicate this in the comments field. An additional charge will be calculated for this.

It is also possible to pick up your order; you can indicate this when filling in your personal details.

Orders are processed immediately; cancellation is only possible within 4 hours.

After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.

Mi-Casa has the right not to process orders less than 5.00 EURO.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you as the buyer have the right to return the item within 14 days. The item must be returned undamaged and neatly repacked to Mi-Casa. The costs involved are for the buyer!
If the item is received in good condition, Mi-Casa will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to the buyer's account.

It is possible that a size or color may differ slightly from the item shown on the site. Such minor deviations do not give you, as the buyer, the right to return the item free of charge. You will understand this.

The items are carefully packed for transport. We are not liable for damage during transport by PostNL or a third party.
We are also not liable for errors made by the buyer, and the buyer shall bear all burdens and costs.
Some of our items are handmade. These may all differ slightly from each other. Please take this into account before placing an order.
