Ordering

Once you have found the item you wish to order from Mi-Casa, click on the 'add this product to your shopping cart' button. You can choose to continue shopping or to check out. If you wish to continue shopping, you can always find your shopping cart in the top right corner.

If you proceed to checkout, you will see an overview of your shopping cart. Here you can check all products in your shopping cart and change the quantities. After the 'place order' button, you can add any coupon code. Then follow the steps below:


Account
If you are already registered on our website, you can choose to log in. If you are a new customer, please fill in all the required fields. You can, of course, also place an order without registering on the webshop. Then enter your billing/delivery address. Here you can also choose if you want to use a different delivery address. Once you have filled everything in, carefully read the general terms and conditions, and if you agree, check the box. After correctly filling out the form, you can click the 'place order' button.


Delivery method
Here you can choose how you want to receive your package. There are several options:


-Pick up your package yourself at Mi-Casa at Zijperweg 20, Schagen. This is by appointment.
-Shipping service with PostNL. You can see the costs during shipping. -Large or heavy items that cannot be delivered by regular (PostNL) shipping can be picked up at the location or delivered at adjusted rates based on your delivery location.

                                   
Choose your payment method

You can pay with Ideal or Paypal
  1. - Ideal
  2. - Paypal
  3. - Pay afterwards with Klarna
  4. - Pay in installments with Klarna

Once we have received payment, you will receive an email confirming that your payment has been accepted and an email with the invoice where you can find the details of your order. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can track your order and check the delivery time. If you have chosen to pick up the order at the location, you must wait until you receive an email with further information.

When can I expect my order?
For each item online, it states whether it is immediately available or what the possible delivery time is. After you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation email with the exact delivery time. If an item is immediately available and you have chosen iDEAL or Paypal as payment method, you can assume that the order will be handed over to the transport company on the next working day.


When can I expect my order if the product is out of stock?
If the product is not available from stock, the item will indicate the adjusted delivery time or you will be notified as soon as possible.


Do you charge delivery costs?
For delivery in the Netherlands, you pay nothing for orders from 75 euros. For orders under 75 euros, we charge €6.95 delivery costs. Other countries will see their shipping rate when completing the order.


If there are delivery restrictions at the delivery address?
We deliver to the front door. Do you live on the second floor or higher? Please note that you are responsible for arranging transport to higher floors yourself. For more information, please contact customer service.
Returns and exchanges
We naturally hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days to return the product from the date you received the order.

Refund for returns.
Once your return has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the account of your original payment method within a few days. Please note that we can only refund the amount to the account from which the original payment was made.


Warranty
We advise our customers to check all items within seven days. Check the quantity and quality of the item. If something is not correct, please send an email to info@micasahomeandliving.nl stating the problem. If the product needs to be returned, we will provide you with a return label. The warranty is not valid if the item shows a defect caused by incorrect use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product, or if the item has been used for a purpose for which it is not intended.

If you are not satisfied with the product or there is a problem, we would like to hear about it. This way we can work on a solution!
